All due and reasonable care shall be taken during your dog’s training to maintain safety of client(s), dog(s), and property. However, Avery Luttropp, Sunflower Canine Services, and any representative thereof is hereby released from any responsibility and/or liability whatsoever for accident, injury, illness to any persons or dogs, or damage to property as a direct or indirect result of services and advice/instruction provided to client, due diligence and care having been exercised.
Client acknowledges they are always ultimately, fully responsible for their dog’s actions and behavior. Regardless of prior advice or training given by Sunflower Canine Services, Sunflower Canine Services can not be held liable for any dog’s behavior.
Client acknowledges that their dog must be leashed and under control during all training sessions conducted by Sunflower Canine Services.
Should the client need to reschedule any scheduled session(s), they will cancel and reschedule within 24 hours in order to avoid forfeiting the session. I understand that all lesson packages must be completed within 16 weeks of completion of the first session. There will be no refund for unused or missed sessions.
I authorize Sunflower Canine Services to video and/or photograph during services. Sunflower Canine Services retains full and unrestricted rights to utilize said videos and photos for use in all formats and in all manners for advertising, publication, or any other lawful purposes.
Client hereby waives, releases, and holds harmless Sunflower Canine Services and its agents from any and all claims arising out of or related to the training, care, or behavior of the client’s dog, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage, provided reasonable care is exercised.
By signing below, I hereby state and affirm that I have carefully read this agreement, and knowingly and voluntarily enter into this agreement without reservation.
