Puppy Program
For puppies 4-18 months
Does your puppy have paws the size of dinner plates and seemingly no body awareness? Does your puppy trip, jump, and tumble with no self preservation? It is never too early to begin working on functional fitness such as balance, coordination, and flexibility with young dogs! It is important for young dogs to learn body awareness to set them up for adult hood. This is especially true for future sport/show dogs! For young dogs with open growth plates the fitness program with largely include balance and coordination skills, not strength training and cardiovascular endurance.

Frosty Faces
For our senior companions
As our canine companions age into their senior years it is common to notice everyday activities becoming more difficult. You may notice your senior dog has a hard time getting onto furniture, going up and down stairs, or getting into the car. You may also notice signs of fatigue during normal activity such as laying down on walks, disinterest in playing with other dogs, and hesitancy to play with toys. It is normal for strength, balance, and flexibility to degrade in senior dogs just like senior humans. My goal is to help your dog stay active so they can participate safely in their favorite activities as long as possible.

The Everyday Dog
Making fitness a way of life
Fitness is important for all dogs, not just seniors or previously compromised dog. Every dog can benefit from fitness in their everyday life. Keeping our pets active and at a healthy weight makes a huge difference in overall lifespan and injury prevention!
